I have been doing theme modifications for a while now so I feel comfortable sharing a few observations. Launching a website is a multipart process and I feel that the majority of the people who are seeking our services have the process backwards. If I had a nickel for every time someone contacted us about a new website but they had absolutely no content, I mean zero, they didn’t even have an “about me” page (which should be the easiest, what do you know more about than yourself). I find this problematic for a few reasons.
WordPress.tv is a wonderful resource for keeping up to date with everything WordPress. I know myself I feel kinda of bummed that due to living in South Dakota most of the WordCamps are too far away for me to attend. However, you are in luck as quite of few of the WordCamps have started taping their sessions and are posting them on WordPress.tv. Embedded in this post is a session by Andrew Nacin (WP Guru). If you like what you see and you are looking for some way to get your WordPress fix check out WordPress.tv and let me know what you found useful.
